"Ski Bully", "Skibbatical", and “Skibbatical!” are trademarks of MANAGED4, LLC, filed and protected under U.S. law (USPTO.gov). These trademarks, including name, word mark, brand, logos, designs, and any other associated materials, are the exclusive property of MANAGED4, LLC, and are protected under trademark law against any and all use.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or alteration of "Ski Bully", "Skibbatical", and/or “Skibbatical!” for any and all purposes without the express written permission of MANAGED4, LLC, is strictly prohibited.

MANAGED4, LLC will prosecute any unauthorized use of these trademarks to the fullest extent allowed by criminal and civil law. Violations will result in legal action, including but not limited to civil lawsuits and requests for maximum criminal penalties, with MANAGED4, LLC pursuing maximum statutory damages and penalties for all violations.
